Re: FAR requirement 52.222-54 Employment Verification
We have just been informed of another government flow down requirement that we are required to notify you of and which will require your compliance.
If you are currently in compliance or intend to meet the following requirements please fill out the affidavit on the last page accordingly. The new requirements are as follows:
As of September 08, 2009 FAR 52.222.54 employment eligibility verification must be included in subcontracts exceeding a value of more than $3,000.00 and includes work performed in the United States. The clause requires the contractor to use E-Verify for all its employees working on the contract in the United States and all of its newly hired employees regardless of whether they are working on the contract or not.
